struggling..

first day after our sembreak.

i was too lazy to go to school. i woke up at 6.30 am. only 5 hours of sleep. i finished my home works last night, from 11 pm to around 1.3o in the morning. unfortunately, still i wasn't able to complete them. my mind got too tired, and i had to rest.

later, 6.3o in the morning, i rushed downstairs, thinking i was already super late for school (FYI: 2nd time i'd be late in my entire life..). but when i looked outside, i already knew that there was no program, because of the weather. it was dark outside, same as the sky's color at around 6 in the evening.

i left our house at 7am (our clock is 15 minutes advanced). and cmshs is 10 minutes away from our house. so i arrived at 7.1o (6.55 am) and walked really slow. i wanted to be late for our first subject, chemistry. unfortunately, mr. patron did not attend to our class. so i spent time chatting with my classmates about our next subject, dark age. i mean zoology. :D i just shared with them some ideas i got from my friend who has been her student.

so there was one incident where i shouted, "mr. grayda!!" and everybody became quiet. then we started laughing. haha. it's probably because we will surely miss analytic geometry soo much.

so zoology period came. our teacher entered the classroom, and the first question she asked us was what she would greet us, a 'bad' morning? or a 'good' morning? obviously, we chose good morning, because we could not think of any reason why she should greet us with a bad morning. :) so she started our first meeting by introducing herself, telling us what schools she came from, her educational background and professional background. quite interesting, but i couldn't get one thing she said: the reason how private schools made her somehow mataray to her students. she also has a point, and i smiled (first smile in zoology!) when i heard it: "bakit naman kayo matatakot sa 'kin? eh nagbibigay pa lang naman ako ng requirements ha? wala naman akong ginagawa sa inyo..."

oo nga naman mehn, masiyado tayong na-freakout sa mga kwento ng ibang sections. i am still confused to whether i should think of her still, as a 'terror teacher', or only as a 'strict teacher'. i think that i should not think of those things first, since she hasn't even started a single lesson with us yet, so how can i judge her right away? who knows? she might show us a new 'her', since she also said she loves 'section a' students. :Z

so she checked the requirements, the lab kit, notebooks, payments, blah blah. kim and i were soo nervous, since our group doesn't have rags. and that's one of her requirements. good thing she told us we don't need rags for now.. great relief.

next, PHYSICS!! grabe, dito ako nag-enjoy ng todo todo. ang kulit ni mr. san juan! he was sharing stuff about college students, and his 'entrapment operation'. haha! he also shared with us something about students depending on the internet too much for their homeworks or research works. he said that we should avoid that and instead read books. that is the reason why students in the provinces have higher NAT scores than students in the urban areas. let me share a little of our conversation a while ago..

SIR: ...dun kayo mag research sa GOOGLE!!

US: sir, hindi po GOOGLE, GOOGOL po!! *laughs*

SIR: ano? GOOGOL, o cge GOOGOL.. o basta doon sa mga site na yun..

US: opo sir pati dun sa YAHOO!

SIR: oo, yung mga YAHO!

US: *laugh, laugh, laugh, until we cry. well almost!*

just one of our laugh moments kanina. GRAVITY! he's such a great comedian.

another 'laugh-a-thon' moment with him was when he said that zoology is a very hard subject. he said something na parang sinabi rin namin, then natawa kami. correct me if i'm wrong, dark age nga rin ba ang sinabi nia??

our first three subjects from now on are purely science subjects. sheesh. (chemistry, zoology and physics)..

give me a break. give me a kit kat! haha.

we'll be having a test tomorrow in precalculus. for additional points in our latest chapter test. our grades are soo underwater. (under C level, haha!). we also had our new seating arrangement today, hi jean and rowane! my new seatmates. :P

ap - copied the new course outline. uhh, wrong, i wrote the course outline! on the board...

statistics - we just checked our index cards... scores, blah..

mapeh - trouble time. kyle and jp went into trouble with mr. bontuyan, because they were not able to make the flow of the frequency of errors smooth. naguluhan si sir sa kanila.

english - we did another formal theme writing. sheesh, sna matapos na ang mga formal theme namin! nakakasawa...

typhoon paeng has struck our country, unfortunately, we still have classes. sus, sa dilim ba naman ng sky kanina, di mo aakalaing may pasok pa pala! tapos sembreak pa ng ibang schools, *SO?? :))*. sheesh naman oh, wrong timing!

the greeniest place joseph has ever been to is my blog.

:)) nice one!
